Initially, we focused on interior layout reconfiguration and adding two new entry porches. While architectural plans were prepared, they lacked crucial details that could only be determined once walls, floors, and ceilings were opened. As the project progressed, the scope expanded, encompassing extensive electrical, HVAC, window, plumbing, drywall, insulation, siding, and flooring replacements and addressing structural defects discovered along the way.
